What is the difference between monthly and yearly plans?
Monthly and yearly plans include the same monthly credit allowance, concurrent task limits, creation tools, download formats, commercial use rights, license certificates, and priority support. The difference is billing and price: yearly plans are paid once per year and save 30% on Creator and Pro or 50% on Studio compared with paying month to month.
How many credits are included each month?
Creator includes 800 credits per month, Pro includes 2,000 credits per month, and Studio includes 8,000 credits per month. The free plan provides 50 free credits per month. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month.
What is the difference between Creator, Pro, and Studio?
All three paid plans include the same creation tools, download formats, commercial use rights, and downloadable license certificates. Creator includes 800 credits and 2 concurrent tasks per month for individual creators and occasional projects. Pro includes 2,000 credits and 4 concurrent tasks for frequent creators, designers, and developers. Studio includes 8,000 credits and 12 concurrent tasks for teams, studios, and high-volume production.
What happens if a 3D model generation fails?
If a 3D model fails to generate, the credits used for that task are automatically returned to your account. You do not need to contact support or submit a request. Please allow a short time for the restored balance to appear after the failed task is confirmed.
Can I use generated 3D models commercially?
Yes. Commercial use rights and a downloadable commercial license certificate are included with paid plans. Your use remains subject to the AIto3D.ai Commercial License, source-material rights, and applicable law.
Which 3D formats can paid members download?
Paid plans support GLB, OBJ, FBX, STL, PLY, USDZ, and 3MF downloads, covering common workflows for web 3D, editing, games, AR, and 3D printing.
Which plan is best for teams or high-volume production?
Studio includes 8,000 credits per month and up to 12 concurrent tasks, making it the strongest option shown for teams, studios, and high-volume production.
